1911 – 2nd Bn Oxf & Bucks LI – Left Moore Barracks Shorncliffe and moved to Albuhera Barracks, Aldershot. Strength 27 Officers, 750 Other Ranks, 36 women and 65 children.
1918 – 2nd Bn OXF & BUCKS LI – LOCK 7.
At 9.30PM orders to move to trenches in L.10.a & c. (CANTANG TRENCH & SUPPORT) were received and this move was completed by 1.0AM 30th approx.
Casualties = 1 OR Killed.
1918 –1/1stBuckinghamshire Battalion – KABERLABA SOUTH.
In the Line.
2nd LIEUT CURRAM, SGT SMITH W, SGT ALLOWAY and L/CPL MERRIMAN attended a ceremonial parade at NOVE when they were decorated by the King of Italy.
LT COL REYNOLDS D.S.O. also received the Silver Medal for Valour at this parade.
Ration Strength: 22 Officers 589 OR. Casualties: 1 OR to Hospital (Sick).
