1790 – 52nd – formed part of the army which entered Paulighautcherry after 12 days siege. Killed 1 Serjeant. Wounded 1 Officer and 3 men.
1903 – 1st Bn OXF LI – Left Chatham for Southampton embarking on SS Plassy en route to India.
1915 - 7th (S) Bn OXF & BUCKS LI - arived at Boulogne from England.
1917 – 6th (S) Bn OXF & BUCKS LI – Moved to WOLFE CAMP with a loss since the 20th of 12 Officers and 200 Other ranks.
1919 –1st Bn, OXF & BUCKS LI – NORTH RUSSIA.
Headquarters Grogan’s Brigade arrived from Pinega.
Colonel went over to G.H.Q. to see General Walsh and A branch about recommendations.
1944 - 7th Bn OXF & BUCKS LI - placed into Suspended Animation and finally Disbanded.
1959 – 1st GREEN JACKETS (43rd & 52nd) – JELLALABAD BKS, TIDWORTH
The Colonel Commandant attended a dinner party in the officers' mess.
A board of survey under Captain A. H. Morley checked all the Regimental sports kit.
