1790 – 52nd – formed part of the army which entered Paulighautcherry after 12 days siege. Killed 1 Serjeant. Wounded 1 Officer and 3 men.
 
1903 – 1st Bn Oxf LI – Left Chatham for Southampton embarking on SS Plassy en route to India.
 
1915 - 7th (S) Bn Oxf & Bucks LI arived at Boulogne from England.
 
1917 – 6th (S) Bn Oxf & Bucks LI – Moved to WOLFE CAMP (MALAKOFF area) with a loss since the 20th of 12 Officers and 200 Other ranks.
 
1918 – 2nd Bn OXF & BUCKS LI – Near GOMIECOURT.
