1958 - 1st Bn OXF & BUCKS LI (43rd & 52nd) – CYPRUS.
While searching Ayia Phyla, the Ferret Platoon found a shotgun, two pistols, ammunition and explosives.
Letter ‘B’ Company found seven home-made shotguns and two homemade rifles in the Turkish Market in Limassol.
1959 – 1st GREEN JACKETS (43rd & 52nd) – JELLALABAD BKS, TIDWORTH
Lieut.-Colonel P. J. A. Lucas, m.c., R. Warwicks, S.O. I (P.T.) visited the Regiment.
1960 – 1st GREEN JACKETS (43rd & 52nd) –OTTERBURN.
Regimental Exercise Marshmallow. R.H.Q. was set up in Harbottle Castle, the ancestral home of the Commanding Officer.
The Exercise lasted twenty-four hours with A, B and the Gurkha Companies mounting an attack and carrying out patrolling activities.
1963 – 1st GREEN JACKETS (43rd & 52nd) –BRUNEI.
The Regiment was visited by the Director of Operations Major-General W. C. Walker, C.B.E., D.S.O.
2nd Lieuts. P. G. Chamberlin and D. J. M. Roberts arrived in Penang.
1965 – 1st GREEN JACKETS (43rd & 52nd) – MONTGOMERY BKS, BERLIN.
A team from "C" Company came second in the Berlin Infantry Brigade driving competition held in Western Germany.
