1857 – 52nd – Siege of Delhi- 52nd at siege work during the night within 300 yards of the guns of the fortress.
1916 –2nd Bn Oxf & Bucks LI – COURSELLES AU BOIS.
1916 – 1/1st Buckinghamshire Battalion – TRENCHES opposite N end of BEAUMONT-HAMEL
Battn in Trenches. –
From 2.20am to about 3.15am the Enemy heavily shelled the Front Line with Minenwerfer & the Support lines & WHITE CITY with shells up to 15cm calibre – No subsequent action took place.
