1916 – 2nd Bn Oxf & Bucks LI – FESTUBERT S19-S25-A1.
The Regiment was relieved by the 17th Royal Fusiliers and returned to the “Village Line”, Companies distributed as follows:-
RUE DE L’EPINETTE: B Coy and C Coy less 2 Platoons
CAILLOUX KEEP: A Coy 2 Platoons
FESTUBERT: including keeps: A Coy
ESTAMINET CORNER: D coy
Working parties as above.

7.30PM. Battalion in Trenches.
1934 – 2nd Bn Oxf & Bucks LI – Information received that the Army Council has approved of the following as the centre badge on the Regimental Colours:- “A Bugle Horn Stringed”. This will replace the United Red and White rose.
