1916 –2nd Bn Oxf & Bucks LI –CAMBLAIN-CHATELAIN 15.
The Regiment was inspected in Musketry exercises by Lt Gen Sir C MONRO G.C.M.G., K.C.B. Commanding the First Army during the afternoon.
1916 – 1/1st Buckinghamshire Battalion – BAYENCOURT
Battalion in Billets.
Coy Training under Coy arrangements.
1918 –5th Oxf & Bucks LI - engaged Battle of the Avre.
1945 – 1st Bn Oxf & Bucks LI – North West Europe
After a, pause at Vreden the 3rd and 4th April were spent in clearing an area north of Gronau (5102) and Ochtrup (6201). No enemy were encountered.
1945- 2nd (Airborne) Bn, Oxf & Bucks LI - NWE Stockhausen
0850 - Left HASBERGEN in TCV's the Ulsters being in the lead today.
Through OSEDE & BISSENDORF & BLASHEIM to STOCKHAUSEN.
