For first time enemy shelled D Coy in CEMETERY & STROOM TRENCHES, some 8 15cm shell falling in this vicinity.
2 Coys 1/6 R WARWICKS & whole of 1/7 WARWICKS came up in evening passing HIBOU about 8pm, preparatory to forming up along our front for attack in morning. Guides supplied by us.
Gas discharged from Projectors on our front. Target WELLINGTON FM.
Sniping less than on previous night, but enemy shelling increased considerably.
