1810 – Light Division - Combat of the Coa, near Almeida.(Peninsula)
1917 – 2nd Bn Oxf & Bucks LI – CAMBRIN.
1917–1/1st Buckinghamshire Battalion – HOUTKERQUE.
Battn in Billets –
Battalion took part in Brigade Route March leaving camp at 10.30am.
During the march the 18th Corps Commander (LT GEN SIR IVOR MAXE KCB CVO DSO) inspected the Brigade.
Arrived back at 12.45pm.
Ration Strength: 23 Officers 911 OR
1944 - 2nd (Airborne) Bn, Oxf & Bucks LI – CHATEAU ST COME.
A really fine day at last and a great day for our snipers who got the biggest bag of the season, 'C' Coy hitting 3 certains and 2 possibles and 'D' Coy hitting 6 certainties.
Otherwise it has been a quiet day.
