1917 – 1st Bn OXF & BUCKS LI – Marched via BAGHDAD to TEMPLE POST (Mesopotamia)
1917 – 2nd Bn OXF & BUCKS LI – MARLES-LES-MINES.
Major General Sir Robert FANSHAWE KCB, DSO Commanding 48th (South Midland) Division TF visited the regiment in the morning, but was unable to remain longer.
The long deferred waterloo Sports were successfully carried out on the Parade Ground and football field.
Major General H R DAVIES CB Commanding 11th Division was present.
1917–1/1st Buckinghamshire Battalion - MAISNIL-BUCHE.
Coys Training in the Morning.
Reinforcements from Mechanical Transport training separately.
Reinforcements Route Marched in afternoon 2.30 – 4pm.
All Officers attended lecture by GOC 145 Brigade at CAMLIGNEUL in the evening.
Following Officers temporarily attached to 1/5 GLOUCESTERSHIRE REGIMENT: 2nd LIEUTS C.H.G. SANDERS, G.W.E.SEAGO and P.A.MORFEY.
Ration Strength 32 Officers 811 OR.
