1809 - 2nd Bn.43rd and 1st Bn. 52nd embarked for England after Corunna.
1827 – 43rd – arrived in Portugal as part of Army of Occupation.
1917 –2nd Bn Oxf & Bucks LI – WOLF HUTS West of POZIERES.
Captain N W Hill M.C. was killed by a shell during this relief.
