1790 - 52nd - present at the commencement of the siege of Paulighautcherry (India).
1916 –2nd Bn Oxf & Bucks LI – COURSELLES AU BOIS.
The regiment on relief by the 17th Royal Fusiliers moved to position of Battalion in Divisional Reserve in huts at COIGNEUX WOOD.
57th Reinforcement – 17 Other Ranks joined.
Major General R Fanshawe C.B. D.S.O. (52nd Light Infantry 1883-1911) visited the Regiment.
1916 – 1/1st Buckinghamshire Battalion – MAILLY-MAILLET
Battn in Billets. –
Early in the Morning the Battn marched to Huts in the BOIS DE WARNIMONT & subsequently joined there the 1/4R BERKS & 1/5 GLOSTERS.
