1918 – 2nd Bn OXF & BUCKS LI – ST. PYTHON.
Capt H S Eagle was evacuated to hospital sick.
At 09.08 hours the Regiment marched in order: HeadQuarters , D, B, C, A Companies from ST. PYTHON to VILLERS – POL via VERTAIN, ESCARMAIN – CAPELLE – PONT DE BUAT – RUESNES – LA CROISETTE.
Rain fell for a considerable portion of the march, and the going was very heavy.
At one point the Regiment was delayed a long time by the leading battalion losing its way. This necessitated a long halt to enable it to regain its right position on the line of march.
The Regiment arrived in billets about 13.30 hours. As part of the route was across country the Transport moved separately by road under Brigade arrangements.
1918 –1/1stBuckinghamshire Battalion – MADRANO to CALDONAZZO.
Battn paraded at 08.30 & marched to CALDONAZZO arriving about 1201hrs.
Quite Good Billets in Austrian Huts.
All Commanding Officers in Division attended a dinner at ITALIAN CORPS HQ.
Lewis Gun limbers & several other vehicles sent ahead up M ROVER double horsed, in order to free horses for double horsing next day.
Ration Strength: 27 Officers 627 OR. Casualties: 4 OR to Hospital – sick.
1918 – 1/4th Bn Oxf & Bucks LI – CALDONAZZO.
Remainder of Bn arrive from LEICO.
1918 - 2/4th Bn Oxf & Bucks LI - To MARESCHES.
Company training from 0900 hours to 1030 hours.
The Battalion marched at 1200 hours to MARESCHES.
