1918 - Consequent on reduction of battalions in France, 6th Bn Oxf & Bucks LI disbanded and distributed amongst other battalions.
1945 – 1st Bn Oxf & Bucks LI – North West Europe
The Regiment remained in reserve, moving forward behind the advancing Welshmen.
