Orders timed 2am received from Brigade Headquarters about 4am to find 2 fatigue parties amounting in all to 2 Officers and 160 other ranks to be at rendezvous at 9am which entailed parading at 6.30am and 7am respectively. The regiment moved via Bertrancourt and Beaussart to huts in MAILLY WOOD.
