1915 – 2nd Bn Oxf & Bucks LI –ANNEQUIN (N).
In billets in Reserve.
Regiment standing by last night and this night on account of British bombardment of enemy’s lines, combined with discharge of gas from our trenches.
Artillery work effective but no advance was made by infantry on account of enemy’s extreme vigilance.
1915– 1/1st Buckinghamshire Battalion – HEBUTERNE
Our Heavies & Howitzers bombarded enemy’s works round cemetery in K3D at 2pm.
Very Wet.
