1817 - 52nd as part of the Army of Occupation in France, arrived at Therouanne and went into cantonments
1915 – 2nd Bn Oxf & Bucks LI -BETHUNE.
Small parties of reinforcement arrived making a total of 20 in all (20th, 23rd & 27th)
1915– 1/1st Buckinghamshire Battalion – COUIN
Battalion in Billets.
1951 - 1st Bn Oxf & Bucks LI (43rd & 52nd) - The Regiment embarked in H.M. Troopship Empress of Australia for Egypt. Strength all ranks 485.
