The regiment marched at 8am to the Bihucourt Line and there dug a defensive line 650 yards in length using the German wire as obstacle in front.
Orders received at 4pm to withdraw to Wolf Huts at once.

1924 – 1st Bn Oxf & Bucks LI – In order that the wearing of the Regimental Button on the Service Dress, as authorised by A.C.I. No 129 of 1924, might be carried out without delay, it was decided that these buttons would be placed on sale in the Regimental Institutes.
