The wet condition of the trenches changing to one of heavy sticking mud, which made progress even more difficult.
Conference of Commanding Officers at Brigade H.Q. at BEAUSSART at 3 p.m.
Amended Scheme of Operations, now becoming probable, made known.
1916 – 1/1st Buckinghamshire Battalion – 26th AVENUE
Battn in Support Trenches.
A Quiet day& night.
At 5.30pm the Battn was relieved by one Company of the 1/8 R WARWICKS & moved back to ACID DROP CAMP just outside CONTALMAISON.
1916 – 1/4th Bn Oxf & Bucks LI – Moved back to bivouacs in Bazentin-le-Petit Wood.
1943 - 7th Bn, Oxf & Bucks LI - in Italy are engaged in the attack on MONTE CAMINO.
