A most unfortunate accident occurred just after the interval, L/C BARNES breaking his right leg, as the result of a collision with the opposing outside right. Lt Col. REYNOLDS who was on the ground, bound up the leg with officers walking sticks as splints and the injured man was taken to the Field Ambulance in a car.
